I strive to render excellent care to you and the rest of my clients. Your care and treatment is a priority for me. I also ask that you respect my time and expertise as well. In an attempt to be consistent with this, I have a Cancellation Policy that allows me to schedule appointments for clients, with respect for your time, the next client's time, and the specialist's time. My policy is as follows: I request that you give a notice no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in the event that you can not make it. All last minute cancellation require a $25 cancellation fee If the client misses an appointment without contacting me, it is considered a missed or "No Show" appointment. Additionally, if a client is more than 7 minutes late for an appointment, it will be considered as "No Show" appointment,if the client still wishes to be seen, the appointment will be rescheduled for later in the day and client will be charged an additional $10 Late Fee along with the amount of the requested service. For New Guests A non refundable deposit (65% of the request service total ) will be paid at time of reserving appointment and will be deducted from the service amount at checkout. Failure to appear at your scheduled appointment will forfeit your NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT All Existing Guests are required to put a debit or credit card on file to reserve future appointments I
